Apple Hill

After a quick weekend in Utah, Emily and I headed off to my parents house in Sacramento for a week of relaxation and fun. We spent the week mostly just hanging out and being lazy. Josh flew up on Thursday night to meet us and on Saturday we went to one of our favorite fall festivals on Apple Hill. This is a great place to be up in the hills of Northern California. I'm not sure how it originated, surely something to do with the Apple Harvest, but it's fun to breathe the crisp air and and be outside with the changing leaves. Plus, the best part of all is the fudge shoppe on one of the farms.

This year the trip was a little more eventful than we would have liked with a broken down vehicle and injuries to part of our party (I won't say who, she's a bit embarassed!) and it rained! We still had fun though and managed to snap a couple pictures.
