Joys
1. Saturday! Josh, Emily and I get to spend the day together
2. Friends - Friends allow me to relax and enjoy the day. It's like you can drop your worries at their feet and just have fun!
3. Nature - There's just something so refreshing and peaceful about getting out into nature. I don't do it nearly enough since moving to this big city!

Fears
1. I guess I'm a little paranoid about losing a family member, particularly my husband or child. I feel wierd for thinking this, but I think everybody does.
2. Car accidents. Every time I get in an "almost" accident (usually when some crazy driver tries to run me off the road) it makes me realize how risky the everyday business of getting around can be.
3. Scary movies. I hate them. I can't stand them. I can't even watch the commercials on T.V. about them. If they come on I hide my face and scream for Josh to quickly change the channel.

Random/Surprising Facts
1. I didn't even know that BYU existed until I was about 17 years old. (I know...seems impossible right?)
2. At one point it was my life's dream to be a professional musician. I auditioned and was accepted to the Bakersfield Symphony (getting paid real $$$) during my Senior year of High School. I play"ed" the String Bass.
3. I participated in the Junior Miss pagent as a teen. As you may have guessed I'm definately not a pagent type...but I loved the program and had a great time making new friends and learning how to dance. Well kind of dance anyway. Okay I really don't dance at all. But it was fun!
