I think I have pretty much finished purchasing all of the big baby items that we will be needing when these little guys arrive and I have to say that I'm feeling pretty proud of myself and how much money I saved by buying used (or sometimes new) off of craigslist. Here's a list of my savings so far...
Cribs:
New - $300 each
Used - 2 for $160
Car seats:
New - $200 each
Used - 2 for $150
Double Stroller:
New - $280
Used - $180...still in box only used once
Triple jogging stroller:
New - $1200
Used - $380
Breast pump:
New - $280
Used - $175...new in sealed and unopened box
Total savings:
$1045
Maybe I should try to convince Josh to let me use the "saved money" for a clothing shopping spree a few months after the babies come...really, two babies with one pregnancy...I think I'll deserve and need some new clothes!

Way to save Becky! I know it all adds up fast and so do the diapers each day. Your are a super woman and I know you will be a great mommy of three. Let me know how you like your triple jogger. I would love a triple stroller. Myles is still too small to walk everywhere. What kind is it and where did you find it?
