Big girl bed

We finally made the switch out of the crib and into the toddler bed. I have dreaded making the switch for almost a year. She made it pretty long though...28 months. She finally started figuring out how to climb when I started puting her in her bed for time outs last month. I guess she was more motivated to get out when she was in trouble! The scary thing was that she couldn't actually climb out. She would climb up onto the top rail and get stuck standing up there.

So, this past week we switched her over. I have to say it has been a most welcome and needed surprise. From day one she has just gotten in bed and stayed there for both night time and naps. Heavenly Father must have known that I couldn't really deal with this right now and decided to make my life a little easier. THANK YOU!!!!

The second picture is of her sleeping with her sword. I guess she's trying to fend off the bad dreams!
