Collin's story:
Well it was birth and quite a bit of pain involved prior to getting an epidural but I couldn't have asked for it to go any smoother. We arrived at the hospital around 3:30am, were put into a room around 5am, epidural around 6:30. Doctor showed up at 9:45 and after a few pushes he was born at 9:57. Perfect. After about 24 hours of hospital tortre (constant poking, prodding, checking, blood pressure)I was discharged and able to come home to my crazy, loud, sick and loving kids. Whew. Now our best friend is Purell and we're trying hard not to spread germs to the little guy.
Overall things are going well. I think a new baby is no big deal for Emily. Heck, she's probably thinking we're getting a new model every year. Hopefully she won't be disappointed. No new models coming to this house for a LONG time!

Congrats! I'm in awe. Rebecca was so sick when Joseph was born. It's a pain, but you survive it. I'm so happy for you. Good luck and best wishes for the recovery.
