So everyone's blogging now...or so I'm told. Anyways, we finally decided to jump on the bandwagon last night after having a fun time reading other friends blogs. We're still not really sure what the heck we're supposed to write about, but we're going to give this a go!
So I will start off today by saying that Emily gave me her first big gummy smile today. Not just a grin or a gassy smile, but a true smile where you feel like the sun just burnt a hole through your ceiling you were so happy kind of smile. Too bad I couldn't take a picture of it (she was in my lap and dad was already at work). Better luck next time. Well, after that happened this morning I don't think the day can get much better, although I am hoping that dad will come home and take us out to dinner (no cooking and messy clean-up couldn't hurt).
