Easter

We had a lot of fun on Easter this year...with one exception...it rained a lot. We got up in the morning and let Emily go through her basket. We did pretty good with our Easter budget this year thanks to the Dollar Tree. The present she loved the most was her giant Kangaroo. We're pretty lame parents though. We had this thing stashed in about 3 different places around the house and she found it several times prior to Easter. I didn't really expect her to be excited to find it Easter morning, but thankfully 2 year olds don't have great memories.

Later that day we loaded up and went to my dads house to have Easter dinner with them and my younger sister's family. We had a quick egg hunt in the front yard before the rain started coming down, had a nice dinner, and then just hung out for the rest of the day.
