Day 3 - 8/4/08

We all get sick! Well to be honest Josh had had a little cold about a week before we left and I started picking it up a day or two before we left. I'm not sure if it was just the timing or the high altitude and dry air, but it hit full force this day. On top of it all Emily woke up in the middle of the night with a super high fever (at least it felt super high...we didn't have a thermometer to check it). So we just decided to hang out at the house and get some rest. The sad part was that we had origionally set aside this day to drive around and visit friends. Sorry if we missed you...really we would have rather been visiting than blowing and wiping noses all day!

Fortunately, thanks to a friend of my parents (Thanks Susan!) we had beautiful accomodations to hang in while recouperating. A 3 story, fully furnished, 7 master bedroom suite, 2 full kitchens, beautiful yeard, vacation home in Midway. Here are a few pic's of our sweet digs!
